Hi, I’m Emma.

I was born to hippie parents in Hawaii, raised in California, and now live with my Dutch husband and four energetic boys in The Netherlands.

My experiences include pastoral care and coaching for university students in California, Washington and The Netherlands, business partnering as a human resources professional, strategic advisor on global human rights and ESG topics, data and analytics, inter-cultural training and being a boys’ mom.

I have a Protestant background, but since 2023 joined the Catholic Church with my family.

I love to see people thrive, and after walking with many women as mentor, coach and pastoral care for many years, I see the need to address at the core some of the ideas that are genuinely in the way of flourishing, and giving a different path for women, from feminist to feminine.
